The flat is situated 6 mins walk from Snaresbrook tube, and there are lots of great bars and restaurants in Wanstead which is a short walk away, which also includes two supermarkets. Close by is South Woodford another great area.

My flat mate has moved out to live with her boyfriend which is very exciting but she said she is going to miss living here very much.

The room is available immediately so the sooner you can move in the better but there is flexibility to wait for the right person if necessary.

The rent is £500 per month, plus bills which total between £130-£140 per month (likely to reduce in the summer) and include council tax, tv licence, gas, electric, water, wireless broadband and contents insurance.
