We have a place for a guy available from teh 13th of December to share a very large, bright room with another guy. There are two single beds in this room. The room is fully furnished with good storage space and also bed linen.

It is a large three-storey, Victorian 6 bedroom terrace house, with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave and spacious, modern dining area. We also have a separate lounge with TV/DVD and two bathrooms. It is kept very clean and tidy. We have a professional cleaner who comes around twice a week. Our house is also very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London.

The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street and just a 10-minute walk into Elephant & Castle or Borough tube stations, zone 1, or just two bus stop away. We are 60 seconds walk to the nearest bus which has about 10 different buses going passed it (including 4 night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End.) In fact, the buses are so convenient, frequent and fast; you’d hardly ever need to use the underground. Buses: 1, N1, 188, 453, 168, 172, 53, etc. London Bridge Station and Tower Bridge are also nearby.

The rent is £90 per person per week. The price includes all bills, regular cleaning and use of a computer with fast Internet broadband access. The computer also supports wireless connections so if you have your own laptop, you would be able to easily connect from anywhere in the house.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment - just one week’s rent in advance plus two weeks’ deposit. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks’ notice. Please contact us if you are interested.
